Brief Intruduction

Incorporated in Junuary of 2009 after merged with Fujian Tiancheng Holdings Corp., Ltd.,China (Fujian) Foreign Trade Centre (Holdings) CO., LTD.,formerly known respectively as Fujian Foreign Trade Bureau, Fujian Foreign Trade General Company, and China (Fujian) Foreign Trade Centre (Holdings), is a large provincial solely state-owned foreign trade group with 35 domestic subsidiaries, 4 overseas branches in Hongkong, Japan, Holland, Nigeria, over 5000 staff members and a registered capital of 1.16 billion RMB. In addition, the Group owns one listed company and holdshares another, reaching total assets of 5 billion RMB, and net assets of 2.5 billion RMB.

The Group covers a wide variety of business lines, including import and export trade, international warehousing & transportation, production and sales of textiles and eco-friendly materials, health industry, hotel service, domestic and internatioal exhibition, high-tech industry, capital investment, etc. With possession of long-time international business experience, a specialized work-team and an extensive domestic and overseas marketing network, the Group enjoys a high reputation both at home and abroad.
